Methodology
No single filing is a reason to act.
Agreement is.
A quorum is the minimum number of independent voices required before a decision counts. Quorum applies that test to the market. It watches three disclosure streams that have nothing to do with each other — the people who run the company, the people who write its rules, and the numbers the company files — and surfaces the names where all three are moving the same way, at the same time, before the market reprices them.

SEC Form 4. Open-market director purchases and sales only — direct holdings, real prices. No grants, no options exercises, no noise.

Congress
STOCK Act disclosures from sitting members of the House, counted and valued by year, so a one-off looks nothing like a pattern.

Fundamentals
Valuation, profitability, efficiency and balance-sheet ratios, price behaviour, headcount trend, peer market caps and the news tape.

The quorum
AI scoring reads all three together and returns one rating per company — with the reason attached, never hidden.
05 · Trend
The weekly series
The disclosure reading is formed first. A stored weekly trend can then move that reading by up to 10 points, in proportion to how pronounced the trend is. A larger move compresses toward that cap. A rising weekly trend moves the reading up. A falling weekly trend moves it down. A flat week, or a week with no named direction, does not move the number. The result stays between 0 and 100. The trend reads the 4-week, 13-week and 26-week returns, the close versus the 50-day and 200-day averages, and the slope of the 50-day average. A close under the 50-day average whose 4-week return is below -10% is not read as rising. A close under the 50-day average stays in the neutral band.

The track record
A rating without a record is a claim. /performance is where monthly cohorts will be measured against the S&P 500, with the method next to the figures. The page answers today; the first snapshot has not landed yet, and the page says so.
